    Saddest comment ever...

    war does things to people in it or not you have been afected i was physicaly and mentaly scared by the communist groups in Russia after being burned nd beaten i escaped and ended up killig a man i cant say for certain but none of you know what its like to kill a man knowing that its either you or him it changes you on the inside and out feeling are numb and relations are apethetic

    Well, either he's telling truth and... lord, what a horrid story. Or he's not telling the truth and... lord, what a horrid story! Either way, he's quite correct that war changes one on the inside. Sad

    I may be able to shed some light on the subject. Mr. Church came into the chat the other day asking if the people at FDR were essentially "followers of Rand". I offhandedly mentioned that I like some of Rand's stuff. It is possible he got the wrong impression from my comment, if that helps.

    To Mr. Church > For clarification, I enjoy Atlas Shrugged. I think it's a great story. Not so much with Fountianhead as I really had trouble with some of the themes of it. Oh and FDR isn't "All Rand All The Time" if that was the impression you got.
