wow.. that's pretty gross

and this is soo not valid proof that nothing was wrong "Briscoe-Mitchell's lawyer, William Panton, told the court the allegations of abuse were "nonsense" and said that as a child Briscoe had not complained to police, social services or teachers.

"There were opportunities to complain about ill-treatment -- if that ill-treatment had in fact taken place," he said."

I mean cuz in all of the cases of child abuse in history there has never been a case where the child hasn't told anyone... except for... well y'know almost all cases.

Now would be a fantastic time, to implement adding to every title, "For legal purposes, its fiction." Universally recognized as, "oh yes. I got ya. wink wink."

Actually inspired by a fellow FDR memeber. :) I thought it was quite clever myself.

Yes, its appalling in its own catagory. But regardless of what goes to court, the majority of people really are not stupid, and i wonder if suing the daughter really will justify the mother to herself for her actions. Its sick.
